The Caledonian is considered the most
luxurious of the downtown Park City condos. While in the
heart of Park City, right on Main Street, we are
ski-in/ski-out (50 FEET to the lift!) for
Park City
Mountain Resort -- a 2002 Winter Olympics venue.
Butchers Chophouse & Bar, located on the ground floor of The Caledonian, is
a great restaurant open for lunch and dinner that serves wonderful steaks,
chops, poultry, seafood and vegetarian dishes along with an extensive wine
selection. We are
a 10 minute walk from over 100 restaurants, dozens
of coffee shops, bars, galleries, and great shopping.
The location is ideal for the Sundance Film Festival
as well as Park City summer activities including
golf, hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, horseback
riding, sailing, boating, windsurfing and water skiing --
all within 15 minutes. Additionally, we have
unlimited complimentary shuttle service to/from any location
in Park City / Deer Valley (during ski season).
This 3 bedroom condo is considered the
most nicely appointed in the building. It is an
oversized 2 floor (nearly 2,200 square feet)
luxury condo that has 3 bedroom suites (pillow-top king
size beds in the 2 bedrooms on the second floor, and a
pillow-top queen size bed in the bedroom on the first
floor). Also, there is a pull out sleeper sofa (queen
size with inner-spring mattress) in the living room that
sleeps 2. The condo has a private 7 person hot tub on
the lower balcony, steam shower on the first
floor, gourmet kitchen (complete with Calphalon pans,
Henckels knives, wine refrigerator, Mikasa dishes, and more), fireplace,
and executive office. The entertainment &
technology amenities can't be beat including:

Two of the bedroom suites are located on the
condo's second floor which is great if you are
bringing kids or others who are up really late/early and you
want some peace and quiet or privacy while kids are
downstairs in the living room or kitchen on the first floor.
Both upstairs suites contain pillow-top king size beds,
full bathrooms, high definition flat screen TVs, DVD players, iPod
sound docks, and cordless 2.4 GHz phones. The "master"
suite has a separate Jacuzzi jetted whirlpool tub and
standalone oversized shower. The additional suite on
the 2nd floor has a beautiful bathroom with combined tub and
shower. Both upstairs suites have access to the upstairs
balcony and have bathrooms done in Italian tumbled
tile. The suite on the first floor has a pillow-top
queen size bed and adjoining bathroom with steam
shower done in gorgeous travertine tile and is
fully enclosed with European styling frameless glass shower
door.
