The Caledonian is considered the most
luxurious of the downtown Park City condos. While in the
heart of Park City, right on Main Street, we are
ski-in/ski-out (50 FEET to the lift!) for
Park City
Mountain Resort -- a 2002 Winter Olympics venue.
Butchers Chophouse & Bar, located on the ground floor of
The Caledonian, is a great restaurant open for lunch and
dinner that serves wonderful steaks, chops, poultry, seafood
and vegetarian dishes along with an extensive wine
selection. We are
a 10 minute walk from over 100 restaurants, dozens
of coffee shops, bars, galleries, and great shopping.
The location is ideal for the Sundance Film Festival
as well as Park City summer activities including
golf, hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, horseback
riding, sailing, boating, windsurfing and water skiing --
all within 15 minutes. Additionally, we have
unlimited complimentary shuttle service to/from any location
in Park City / Deer Valley (during ski season).
Both condo's are extremely spacious and have every imaginable
appointment and amenity. The condos feature private 7-person hot tubs on
their balconies, fireplaces, DVD players, Sony PlayStation 2s,Comcast On-Demand Digital Cable TV with fully integrated digital video
recorders (DVR's),iPod Sound Docks in all bedrooms and living rooms, fast
computerswith high
speed wireless Internet (great if you want to bring your
notebook computer and get right online), and HP printers. These condos are great for
"executives on the go" who want to go on vacation, but not loose touch with the
office. Newly added -- we now have wine refrigerators in the
kitchens.

Daily housekeeping can be included for just $35 per day
(our cost with no mark-up) where housekeeping will provide
fresh towels, empty the trash, make the beds, tidy the bathrooms, load the
dishwasher, restock supplies, and correct any major messes.
"Mid Stay" housekeeping can be included for just $70
for our 3 bedroom or $50 for our 1 bedroom
(our cost with no mark-up) which will include everything done in a daily housekeeping
plus all bed linens will be changed and the condo
will be vacuumed thoroughly.
There is a change-over cleaning fee charged to
the guest at cost ($75 for our 1 bedroom, $125 for our 3 bedroom).
There is 10.45% lodging tax added to the nightly rental
rate.
There is a $500 security deposit.
All "last minute" bookings are non-refundable.
